Render - Video Composer 3.2.0

Render compositions with layered videos, images, audio, visuals, and effects.

Import media (images, videos, GIFs, SVGs, image sequences, and RAW footage) from Photos and Files. A sequence is defined by a folder of images, where each image represents a frame of a video.

Visuals include shapes (rectangle, circle, capsule, star, polygon, arc, line) and solids (color, noise, gradient). You can create an adjustment layer to apply effects to all underlying layers.

Various effects are available such as levels (brightness, contrast, invert), color shift (hue, saturation), blur, transform, kaleidoscope, corner pin, chroma key (green screen). Additionally, there are effect packs like funny mirror, glitch, CRT, smoke, vignette. You can mask, displace or apply luma blur to a layer with another layer.

Blending modes like add, subtract, multiply, divide, screen, lighten, darken, minimum, maximum, gamma, power and difference can be applied to layers.

Timeline features include snapping layers while dragging, keyframe properties with bezier curves for smoother animations, motion blur with blending modes for added realism, pre-composing layers for organizational purposes and splitting layers. Time remapping is also supported.

You can zoom in to pixel level to inspect your graphics and write expressions for any property. The software allows you to import and export LUTs in the .cube format.

There are rendered previews available for visuals blending modes effects and samples. Samples offer a visual representation of the composition at different property values.

The render engine caches all played frames for quicker re-playing. Cached frames are indicated by a green bar at the top of the timeline.

You can render out a still frame as an image or render a region or the full composition as a video or image sequence. Projects are saved in Files with media bundled within the project file.

The software offers XDR display support allowing you to create graphics in high color depth (16bit & 32bit). Export video in h264 and ProRes on supported devices with audio support included.
